Bulls are a mysterious variety of plant-like organisms that float in the air or underwater. They can be loosely described as a floating spore sack, albeit, one that will persistently charge at intruders. While Bulls are mostly hollow and filled with internally-produced gases, they are protected by a very lightweight, yet tough exterior. They typically rely on air currents for long-distance transportation, but are also motile. The gases expelled from their tubular organs help them aggressively drift towards their targets. This hostile behavior can become troublesome, especially when they attack in groups.

It can be difficult to evade a Bull’s ramming attack, especially if movement is restricted in the sinking sands of Maridia, but fortunately, their attacks don’t cause too much damage. Unless the Plasma Beam has been obtained, firing with individual beam shots will only temporarily repel them backwards. Charged beam attacks (including a spin jump attack) can also damage them, but they are most easily killed with a single Missile. Other methods of attack include Bombs, Power Bombs, or Screw Attack, but they aren’t always practical (or possible).
