Federation scientists have extensively studied Zebesian Space Pirates, and B.S.L researchers likely continued the trend. After the SA-X critically damaged the Quarantine Bay and freed the X parasites in containment, the X began to mimic and propagate Zebesian lifeforms onboard the station. Standard Zebesian-X variations are located in the Main Deck and Sector 1, while more powerful and extreme mutations appear in other sectors, such as the Aquatic Zebesian.
These standard Zebesians are easily killed with a single Missile or Charge Beam.
