Simple robots that operate in the Sewers beneath Ruins Area 3. They are equipped with rudimentary sensors used to monitor gas and waste levels as well as hinder plant growth. Their main purpose is to detect and repair flaws in the piping and remove plant matter using a small lazer attached to their core, and monitor for large invasive organisms. They are often released in a swarm to coordinate observation data and create a larger model.

TPO just fly back and forth slowly, so are identical to the Mumbo and all other flying enemies. Their small size makes them difficult to hit, so they are best hit using the Spazer, especially since they fly together in large numbers.

The Japanese instruction manual reads, “This simple robot just flies through the air.”
