These giant wasp-like creatures nest within ventilation shafts, though they naturally build hives in narrow rock fissures. Zebbos can detect vibrations in the air and will aggressively attack anything that comes close to their hives. Though they can swarm to take down larger life-forms, the Zebbo also feeds on carrion, tearing off small chunks with their powerful forearms to carry back to their nests.

Zebbos are a great way to refill your energy in Ridley’s Hideout. However, you have to be careful as Zebbos move very quickly. Since the blue ones can be destroyed with just one shot, but the yellow ones are destroyed in two, find a pipe with yellow Zebbos for a quick and safe recharge, unless you have the Wave Beam.
