These pesky flies have a singular giant eyeball and will swarm around any nearby prey. Their original habitat was that of Maridia on planet Zebes. The X did very little enhancement to these creatures; their mutation only increased their size.
Memus have always been more of a passing nuisance than a threat. This incarnation is no different. They will slowly hover towards you when you are near. Shoot them with a few normal shots to easily take them out. They can fly through walls, so it's best to be thorough if you encounter a swarm of them.
