Due to its ability to achieve faster-than-light speeds and unfathomable jumping ability, the Dachora, along with the Etecoons, were able to escape from planet Zebes before its imminent destruction. They were able to find a home on another nearby planet, before being captured by BSL scientists. Seeing as the Dachora was the last one left, BSL scientists artificially inseminated her, allowing her to produce another egg which hatched into a healthy young chick.
