Lumigeks are Phazon-charged reptiles. Natives of Tallon IV, the Lumigeks travel in swarms to increase their odds of survival. They absorb and radiate Phazon energy, making these swarms a threat.
Lumigeks can be shot and destroyed with basic shots. When you encounter them, they will be running along in a large herd, so they are perfect for farming health/Missile pickups. Just avoid letting them touch you.
Lumigek are, of course, named after geckos, and resemble transparent real-world geckos.
