Ever wonder, "Man, I wish someone would take all the instrument samples from some of my favorite SNES games and turn them into new music!"
Well, wonder no more. With SNES soundfonts from some of the most popular and well-received SNES games in history, composers are creating brand new music which sounds like it could fit right inside these games as long lost tracks. There are two for Super Metroid that you can listen to below. Be sure to check out William Kage's SNES Soundfont page as well as his YouTube channel containing tracks from nearly 50 SNES games.
