The hype is finally here! Brentalfloss, that master of matching lyrics to video game music, (and is currently on tour across the nation) has finally put lyrics to Metroid music. The video covers the opening title, Brinstar, and the ending credits music put to a 3D CGI video animated by Oscar Diaz and sung by Alysha Umphress, set to the story of the first Metroid game.

It is also mixed with a very basic "love story" with Ethan, a Galactic Federation scientist. The love story itself isn't too developed beyond a looking at a photo of themselves in a frame, but it's still a very well made fan-imation that any Metroid fan will enjoy. Keep in mind that the animation isn't quite Disney/Pixar/Blue Sky-quality, but for one person, you can't really expect that much. Overall, it's a very well produced video and congratulations to all that were involved. We at the Metroid Database applaud this effort and hope to see more in the future!
