In the Destructoid video feature, Sup Holmes, a show where editor Jonathan Holmes interviews casually talks to game developers, he speaks with the director of WayForward's A Boy and His Blob and Double Dragon Neon, Sean Velasco. Around the 11:35 mark, he starts speaking about Super Metroid, claiming it's his favorite game of all time. Then they start talking about the series for the next few minutes. They keep coming back to Metroid throughout the entire interview, so the whole thing is worth watching. It's actually quite refreshing to hear other developers talk in this fashion, unrestricted, without the pressures of being in a "formal" interview. Check it out below:
