With Super Mario Galaxy's release right around the corner, hype and excitement for the Metroid series has stepped out of the spotlight for the time being. So unfortunately we've got slim pickings for you. However, Metroid fans that are anticipating Smash Bros. Brawl might want to know that the official site has unveiled Norfair as an official stage today. Lava rises up just as in the past two Metroid stages, however now it flows in from the sides as well. The only way you can dodge this obstacle is to hide in a classic Metroid bubble hatch! And if you get in there before anyone else does, you'll have to fight them off, otherwise your only chance is to triple jump over it! We at the MDb are all still anticipating that Ridley cameo so who knows what the future brings...

I have also updated the Friend Vouchers FAQ with some additional help from MDb forum member AMetroidGuy. Kudos to everyone who helped make this FAQ great! Stay tuned for our Manga Viewer to be implemented sometime in the future. Maybe our translators will get in a Metroid mood and we'll finally be able to get in on what Japan has had for years now.
